Semi-normal day (through the new lens)
My new camera arrived– since spending around 24 hours with it, I’m beyond impressed.. even the $1k price jump on amazon, I still think its worth the heavy price tag.
Remarkable timing, I got a phone call from Wallsé inviting me out for a tasting.. not only had I been looking forward to trying them out, but what a perfect opportunity to act like a nerdy food blogger.
Slow cooked arctic char (tomato marinated in raspberry vinaigrette, fingerling mash potatoes)
Poached lobster, butter sauce, fava beans, red wine soaked cherries..
My co-worker Chris got the call also. Here he’s pretending like his meal wasn’t the best he’s had in weeks…
Subway ride home..
